David G. Ryan is a Director at True Partners Consulting’s Chicago office. He has advised clients regarding property tax issues for over 15 years. His background includes fixed asset management, real estate tax incentives, property tax abatements, managing property tax compliance outsourcing, personal and real property tax appeal negotiations, personal property tax audits, pollution control device certification, and performing machinery and equipment obsolescence studies. He has also assisted clients in obtaining financial incentives including tax credits and training grants. Mr. Ryan has worked with clients in the following industries: manufacturing, retail, healthcare, real estate, consumer products, distribution, finance, newspaper/media, telecommunications, and public utilities.

Prior to joining True Partners, Mr. Ryan was the V.P. Group Operations Manager – Property Tax at Bank of America Leasing and prior to that he was a manager at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Ryan earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Lewis University. He is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
