Ted Peck is a Director with True Partners Consulting located in our Long Island, New York office. He has over 18 years of experience working in public accounting and industry providing tax services, including ASC 740 tax accounting, tax provision automation, audit defense, Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 documentation, due diligence, and a wide variety of federal, and multi-state strategic tax consulting and compliance.

Mr. Peck’s industry focus has been with Fortune 500 companies where he was responsible for managing all domestic tax matters including preparation of the tax provision calculation and disclosures, FIN 48 implementation, mergers and acquisitions, consolidated income tax compliance, and federal and state audits.

Prior to joining True Partners Consulting, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was responsible for tax compliance and consulting services for middle market companies. He served clients in various industries, including real estate, services, distribution, manufacturing, and retail. Prior to that, he worked at Marks Shron & Co. where he provided accounting and audit services to his clients.

Mr. Peck received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Masters of Science in Taxation degrees from the Long Island University, C.W. Post, in New York.
