Allea Newbold is a Managing Director for True Partners Consulting’s Tampa office where she manages the tax compliance and consulting for large and mid-size multinational corporate entities.  She has over 13 years of experience serving public and private companies in a variety of industries including private equity, manufacturing, service and retail.  She specializes in federal tax in the areas of accounting methods and ASC 740 (formerly FAS 109 and FIN 48).  She also specializes in assisting businesses negotiate credits and incentives to secure cash incentives for business expansion.   

Prior to joining True Partners, Ms. Newbold was a member of both Ernst & Young’s and PricewaterhouseCoopers national respective tax accounting groups.  Her work experience includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate tax, transaction cost analysis, ASC 740, fixed asset capitalization studies and credits and incentives.

Ms. Newbold is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a B.B.A and Master’s in accounting.  She is a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia and Florida.  Allea is also an active member of the American Society of Women Accountants.
