Mr. Falk is a Managing Director in True Partners Consulting’s Melville, New York office. He has 14 years of transfer pricing experience working with a variety of multinational clients across a wide range of industries with particular emphasis on pharmaceutical and consumer products Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Falk has worked on a variety of transfer pricing issues and projects ranging from controversies, Advanced Pricing Agreements (“APA”), contemporaneous documentation studies, and tax-risk assessments (FAS 5 and FIN 48).

Prior to joining True Partners, Mr. Falk was a director in the firm of Haeussler Analytics, with whom True Partners has entered into a strategic alliance. He was also employed with leading industry software provider, CrossBorder Solutions as a Senior Manager in their Professional Services Group where he consulted with the firm’s software clients helping them to implement their transfer pricing solutions. Mr. Falk began his career with Arthur Andersen where he was a Manager in their New York transfer pricing practice.

Mr. Falk received his MBA from European University in Montreux, Switzerland and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
