Dorothy Radicevich is a property tax pioneer whose innovative strategies have propelled her to the top of her field.  She is True Partners Consulting’s National Property Tax Practice leader.

The practice models she was part of designing have led her profession for more than a decade, covering the full breadth of property tax services in all 50 states.  These models were first to identify core fundamentals, develop standardized methodologies, and create best practices in order to achieve efficiencies within the property tax function and drive savings to a company’s bottom line.

Dozens of Fortune 500 and other large companies seek out her expertise.  Many have outsourced their entire property tax function to Ms. Radicevich and her team.

Other clients contract for specific individual components, including managing the compliance function, performing real and personal property tax diagnostics, audit defense, negotiations, and appeals.

Her client mix includes companies in the industries of manufacturing, retail/distribution, airlines, real estate, telecommunications, and utilities.

Some representative engagements include:

  • Reduction of a client’s personal property tax liability of $650,000 in Indiana. A manufacturing company received a $650,000 personal property reduction in Indiana based on analysis of purchase information related to buying a closed facility.
  • Reduction of a client’s real property tax liability of $500,000 in Illinois. A rail transportation company received a reduction of $500,000 in real property tax liability in Illinois based on appeals related to analysis of market values.
  • Reduction of a client’s personal property tax liability of $400,000 in Texas. An office supplies distributor received a $400,000 reduction in  their annual personal property liability based on analysis of inventory reporting.
  • Reduction of a client’s real property tax liability of $375,000 in Minnesota.
