Mr. Mangieri is a Managing Director in True Partners Consulting’s Long Island Office. He is a tax professional with over 30 years experience providing tax advice to public and private, domestic and international, financial service clients. He also has over 20 years experience leading large and small groups of professionals in service to clients and leadership of an international team to develop strategies to grow an international financial service program.

Prior to joining True Partners, Mr. Mangieri was the executive vice president & senior managing partner at Seigel & Associates responsible for generating and servicing clients in accounting for income taxes, specifically FAS-109/FIN-48. He was previously a tax partner at Grant Thornton responsible for generating and servicing clients in the financial market community. Prior to that, he was employed as a managing director at American Express Tax & Business Service responsible for developing a tax consulting practice and creating access to large and prestigious financial institutions. Mr. Mangieri began his career with Arthur Andersen and as a senior tax partner, he was responsible for the Worldwide Financial Market Tax Practice, as well as the client service partner responsible for the firm’s largest tax client. He advised clients on technical tax and business issues.

Mr. Mangieri received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounting and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accounting.
