Mr. Dluginsky is a Managing Director in True Partners Consulting’s Long Island Office. He is a tax professional with 18 years of public accounting experience. Throughout his career, he has represented numerous clients in various industries as a Tax Manager and Senior Tax Manager for Big Four accounting firms. He has extensive experience in advising and assisting a diverse client base, from start-ups with no revenue to billion dollar multinational organizations. He has provided tax service to high technology, consumer product, media and entertainment, service, manufacturing, and distribution companies and has worked on corporations, partnerships, and individuals. He enjoys working on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures for his clients. In the course of working for corporations, he has managed various tax functions including administering the quarterly tax provision process, managing the Federal and International compliance functions, and preparing numerous FASB 109 studies.

Mr. Dluginsky has expertise in the fields of tax planning, Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 review, FASB 109, and tax compliance. He was formerly a Tax Manager and Senior Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen and KPMG assisting various clients in different industries.

Mr. Dluginsky received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Hofstra University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
