Jay Graham is a Managing Director in True Partners Consultings New York City office.  Jay has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, all in the area of taxation.  Prior to joining TPC, Jay was a Partner in a regional accounting firm in New Jersey for 3 years.  Directly prior to that, Jay was a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP for 7 years.  Jay’s background has been primarily in Federal taxation, however he also has experience in the areas of state and local tax, international tax and mergers & acquisitions.  His expertise includes both consulting and compliance with respect to subchapter C, partnerships, FAS 109 and FIN 48.  Throughout his career Jay has worked with clients in various industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology, entertainment, retail, private equity and financial services.
 
Jay is a CPA licensed in PA and NY.  Jay is a graduate of Drexel University and he also has a Masters in Taxation from the Villanova University School of Law.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
