Peter Crocco is a Managing Director in True Partner Consulting’s New York Metro area office. His practice focuses on a broad range of corporate tax matters including ASC 740 tax accounting, tax compliance, tax due diligence, tax controversy including IRS audit representation and consolidated return matters.

Throughout Mr. Crocco’s career, he has served as tax advisor and advocate for numerous multi-national corporations in the media and entertainment, high technology, service and manufacturing industries. In addition, he has managed the tax function for several clients including tax reporting, tax compliance, strategic planning and mergers & acquisitions.

Mr. Crocco has over 15 years of client service experience. During his career he worked in the New York Office of both Ernst & Young, LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and was on rotation with the National Tax Office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in their Mergers & Acquisition Tax Group.

Mr. Crocco earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Long Island University, School of Professional Accountancy and has studied advanced taxation at the Kogod School of Business at American University. Peter is a Certified Public Accountant and member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and International Tax Institute.
