Victor M. Polanco is a Managing Director of True Partners Consulting LLC with broad responsibilities for the Chicago office including business strategy, client development and human capital management.

Mr. Polanco has extensive experience in general management, global supply chain, real estate and business development, having worked predominantly for global retail and consumer products as well as manufacturing/distribution companies.

Prior to joining True Partners, Mr. Polanco held leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Sara Lee Branded Apparel, including Vice-President Corporate Integration, and most recently Vice-President Global Supply Chain, where he led multiple initiatives to develop a multi-billion dollar value-chain strategy.

Mr. Polanco is a Managing Partner & Founder of two entrepreneurial ventures, namely, Nian Consulting, LLC and JHL Real Estate Investment.  Currently, Mr. Polanco sits on the advisory board for Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago and is a former board member for Operations Associates, Inc. in Greenville, SC.

Mr. Polanco holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of New Haven in Connecticut, and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
