Holly O’Connor is a founder of True Partners Consulting LLC and serves as a Senior Advisor to the Firm. She is a tax professional with over 25 years of business experience.

She is an expert in corporate and partnership taxation, assisting clients in solving complex federal tax problems affecting their business operations. Ms. O’Connor is experienced in business acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations and bankruptcy tax issues. She is an expert in tax accounting methods and inventory and has assisted hundreds of companies nationwide in such matters. Industries served include retailing, distribution, manufacturing, professional sports, and real estate.

Prior to joining True Partners, Ms. O’Connor was President of her own tax and accounting consulting firm. Before that, she was a Worldwide Partner of Arthur Andersen’s corporate tax and business advisory area.

Ms. O’Connor received her Bachelors of Science degree in Economics degree from Barnard College and a Masters in Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from The Columbia Graduate School of Business in New York City. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
