Abbas Sadak joined the international tax and transfer pricing group of TPC UK LLP as a senior manager from Deloitte & Touche LLP. He has previously worked for RSM Robson Rhodes LLP (now merged with Grant Thornton LLP) and Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Sadak trained as an auditor before specializing in UK and international tax and transfer pricing. He is a chartered certified accountant as well as a UK chartered tax adviser. He has practiced as a tax adviser for the last 10 years.

Mr. Sadak’s professional experience to date includes assisting clients with UK tax compliance matters, tax risk management, SOX compliance, assisting on numerous multi-national groups on various kinds of multi-jurisdictional transfer pricing and international tax issues as well as dealing with UK inbound and outbound investment issues. In his career he has also managed to go on secondment to Shell International Plc and worked in their tax projects team.

Mr Sadak has worked for clients in various sectors.

Mr. Sadak is also a visiting lecturer in Taxation at the University of Buckingham and is the main course co-ordination of the Taxation program.
