Bradley S. Crawford is a Senior Manager in the Chicago office of True Partners Consulting.  He has over seven years of public accounting experience and has also worked at a private investment bank. 

During Mr. Crawford’s time with True Partners Consulting he has worked with public and private companies to ensure they are compliant with FAS 109, FIN 48 and Sarbanes-Oxley. He has prepared quarterly and annual tax provisions for these companies and prepared documentation of their FIN 48 analysis.  Mr. Crawford has also worked with companies to improve their tax process.  As part of the tax process improvement, he has implemented tax provision software.

Prior to joining True Partners Consulting, Mr. Crawford worked at Gulf Atlantic Capital where his responsibilities included preparing cash flow and financial statement forecasts.  He was part of a team that evaluated a company’s financial needs and advised them on the options for meeting their needs.  In addition, he identified debt and equity investors for companies with capital needs.

Prior to this, Mr. Crawford was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.  The majority of his client responsibilities consisted of providing tax compliance and consulting services for public and private companies.  He was responsible for overseeing the tax compliance engagements for these companies and, as a member of the audit team, was responsible for auditing the tax provision. 

Mr. Crawford received his Bachelor’s of Accounting degree and Master’s of Accounting degree from the University of Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Florida.
