Cheryl Mascioli is a Manager in True Partners Consulting’s Northeast practice. She is based out of the Long Island office. She recently has focused on the FAS 109 area—some of her experiences include preparation and review of large consolidated provisions and accounting for income taxes related to foreign subsidiaries. She has extensive experience in Section 382 studies and has worked on a multitude of large and small clients in areas such as federal and state & local income tax compliance for corporations and multi-tiered partnerships, and Sarbanes Oxley control implementation related to the tax department. She also has worked on various tax consulting projects related to tax topics such as accounting periods and methods changes, timing of deductions related to environmental remediation costs, and research and development expenditures.

Prior to joining True Partners Consulting, Ms. Mascioli was a senior tax consultant with Deloitte Tax LLP in their Multi-State Tax Practice. Here she gained valuable knowledge in state and local income & franchise and sales & use tax areas.

Ms. Mascioli received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Economics with a major in Accounting from Lehigh University. She is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in New Jersey.
