Cheryl Howe is a Senior Manager in True Partners Consulting’s Chicago office. She is a tax professional with over 13 years of experience in federal taxation, specializing in pass-through entity compliance and consulting, including public- and privately-owned pass-through entities, Real Estate Investment Trusts, private equity funds and opportunity funds. She has experience in REIT compliance, REIT due diligence, disguised sales, and tax-efficient disposition strategies.

Prior to joining True Partners Consulting, Ms. Howe was a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP. Before that, she served in various capacities within the tax departments of ProLogis and Security Capital Group Incorporated.

Ms. Howe received her Bachelor and Master of Accountancy degrees from New Mexico State University. She is a licensed Certified Public Account in the state of Illinois and a member of the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants.
