Dorota Borchardt is a Senior Manager in the Federal Tax practice at True Partners where she engages in the wide variety of tax compliance and consulting projects with the focus on Federal Tax planning related to Accounting Methods, Transaction Costs, and IRC §199 – Domestic Production Deduction.  In addition, she has an experience in other areas of taxation including FAS 109, FIN 48, and IRC §404 services.  Dorota has over nine years of both Public Accounting and Corporate Tax experience.

Prior to joining True Partners, Dorota was a Senior Tax Analyst at ComEd, the Exelon Company, where she was involved in various tax functions that included tax provision calculations (FAS 109); federal, state and local tax compliance; Sarbanes-Oxley control process; tax planning; and audits by various taxing authorities.  Prior to ComEd, she was a part of the Lead Tax Service Group at Deloitte and Large Corporate Group at Arthur Andersen assisting various clients in different industries with variety of complex federal income tax issues. 

Dorota received both Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Masters Degree in Taxation from DePaul University.  She is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants.
