Erika Lermayer is a Manager in True Partners Consulting’s Long Island office. She has most recently focused on FIN 48 exposure studies. She has also worked on various tax consulting projects including federal and state income tax compliance, FAS 109 tax accounting, research and development expenditures, and TaxStream implementation.

Prior to joining True Partners Consulting, Ms. Lermayer spent five years at Olympus America Inc. There she served as senior tax accountant where she gained extensive experience in many areas of tax including federal and state income tax compliance, sales and use tax compliance and audit defense, and property tax compliance.

Ms. Lermayer received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University in University Park, PA and her Master of Science degree in Taxation from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus, in New York.
