Jennifer Crane is a Manager in the Credits and Incentives group focusing on negotiating and securing incentives for companies expanding, relocating, consolidating or making extraordinary investments. Her experience consists of state business incentive applications and negotiations in states across the country, including California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, New York, New Jersey, and Ohio. Her practice also includes extensive research and writing on points of statutory ambiguity.

Prior to joining True Partners Consulting, Jennifer served as a law clerk for the United States Department of Homeland Security, the University of Notre Dame, and for a commercial law practice in Indiana. During her tenures as clerk, Jennifer was responsible researching federal and state codes, administrative law, and case law to draft memoranda, motions, negotiation strategies, and settlement offers. She also worked as a negotiated incentives consultant at a Big Four firm in Texas.

Jennifer is a published author on the development of intellectual property legal systems and has a specialized interest in assisting start-up companies with tax planning strategies.
Jennifer received her Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame and her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Politics from the University of Dallas. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Texas (pending). Jennifer is an active member of the Illinois State Bar, American Bar Association, and Chicago Bar Association.
