Lindsay Petrella is a Manager with True Partners Consulting Prior to joining True Partners Consulting, she worked at a national tax consulting firm as part of the national federal income tax team While there, Lindsay was the sole Manager responsible for developing and growing the federal income tax practice She has extensive consulting and compliance experience in many areas of tax, including Section 199, research and development credits, cost segregation, federal excise tax, and meals and entertainment deductions.

Ms. Petrella also held various positions at one of the Big Four firms based in Boston, Massachusetts There she served as a Manager in the National Multistate team and focused on developing tax-efficient structures to better manage intellectual property, procurement, gift certificate programs, and more She also has experience in structuring cooperatives and state tax return reviews Industries served include retail, manufacturing, utility, and financial institutions.

Ms. Petrella received her Bachelors degree from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia and her Master of Science degree in Taxation from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia She is a Certified Public Accountant with the New Hampshire AICPA.

Currently, Ms. Petrella is serving the New England marketplace as a Manager for federal and state income tax planning and special projects.
