Margaret P. Janeczek is a Senior Manager in True Partners Consulting’s Chicago office where she manages the tax compliance and consulting for large and mid-size multinational corporate entities.  She has over 10 years of experience in public accounting. 

Ms. Janeczek specializes in corporate taxation, assisting clients through a variety of federal and international income tax issues.  In addition to managing tax compliance and consulting for her clients, she focuses on accounting for income taxes, including uncertain tax positions, tax planning, audit defense and other areas of federal and international income tax consulting.  Industries served include e-commerce, manufacturing, construction, real estate, professional services and utilities.  

Prior to True Partners, Ms. Janeczek was a manager in the Lead Tax Services practice at Deloitte Tax LLP.  Her prior experience includes working in the Tax and Audit group at American Express Tax and Business Services.

Ms. Janeczek received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration in Finance degrees at DePaul University.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Chicago Tax Club.
