Michael Dembek is a Manager in True Partners Consulting’s Chicago office. He is a tax professional with over 5 years of income tax compliance and consulting experience.

Mr. Dembek specializes in corporate and partnership taxation, assisting clients with federal & state income tax issues. He is experienced in federal & state income tax compliance, ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, FASB ASC Topic 718 accounting for stock compensation, business formations, acquisitions, and various other areas of federal income tax consulting. Mr. Dembek advises clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and privately-held investment partnerships.

Mr. Dembek received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Master of Science in Accountancy degrees from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
