Ryan McKenzie is a Manager in True Partners Consulting’s Tampa office.  Mr. McKenzie started with True Partners Consulting in 2006 and has served clients that are both publicly-traded and privately-held in various industries, including professional employer organizations, technology, health-care, real estate development, retail and professional service firms.
 
Mr. McKenzie’s professional experience includes tax provision preparation and review, tax department outsourcing, research and analysis of items subject to the provisions of ASC740-10 (FIN 48), IRC § 382 studies including state income tax implications, and E&P studies.  He is also involved with the review and preparation of corporate federal income tax returns and corporate state income and franchise tax returns. 

Mr. McKenzie holds two Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, with majors in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Florida.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Additionally, he has served on the FICPA Committee for State Legislative Policy.
