Seung Yoo is a Senior Manager in True Partners Consulting’s San Jose office. Mr. Yoo advises clients in various industries including high-tech companies, pharmaceutical companies, multinational commercial airline leasing companies, and foreign based U.S. public companies. In addition, Mr. Yoo has been advising multiple U.S. public companies having major operations in China.

Mr. Yoo specializes in corporate income taxation, assisting clients with a range of complex federal and U.S. in-bound international tax issues. Mr. Yoo has extensive experience in business combination, post-merger integration, accounting for income taxes, tax controversy, and various other areas of income tax consulting.

Mr. Yoo received his Bachelor of Science degree in Life Science at Sogang University, Korea and his Juris Doctorate Degree, with a concentration in Tax, from University of California Hastings College of the Law. Mr. Yoo is a licensed attorney in the state of California and a member of the California Bar Association.
