Steve Kaye is a Senior Manager at True Partners Consulting’s Chicago office. His property tax background includes filing real and personal property tax assessment appeals, personal property compliance, and personal property tax audit defense. His negotiated government incentives background includes site selection processes, property tax abatement negotiations, and implementation of sales tax incentives.

Mr. Kaye’s industry focus has been in manufacturing, distribution, airline, retail, oil and gas, and telecommunications. Prior to True Partners, Mr. Kaye was a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte Tax.

Mr. Kaye earned his B.S in Finance from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
