Tara Hibbard is a Senior Manager in True Partners Consulting’s Chicago office. She has most recently focused on the FAS 109 area. She has also worked with various companies on the evaluation and implementation of Sarbanes Oxley controls as they relate to the tax function. She has worked with large corporate companies on various compliance and consulting projects, as well as a variety of different tax-exempt organizations.

Ms. Hibbard began her career at Arthur Andersen. Prior to joining True Partners Consulting, she spent time in Deloitte’s federal tax practice and was most recently responsible for tax accounting at United States Gypsum.

Ms. Hibbard received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and her Master of Science degree in Taxation from DePaul University. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
