Ted Peck is a Senior Manager in the federal tax practice in True Partners Consulting’s Long Island office. He is a tax professional with 14 years of corporate tax experience between the Private and Public sectors. For the past six years, he had worked for two Fortune 500 Companies where he was responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance, FAS 109 tax accounting, audit defense, research and planning, federal and state income tax compliance for corporations, S corporations, and partnerships, as well as assisting with mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to the private sector, Mr. Peck worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP for six years. While there, he was responsible for tax compliance and consulting services for middle market companies. He served clients in various industries, including real estate, services, distribution, manufacturing, and retail. He previously spent two years at Marks Shron & Co. LLP where he provided accounting and audit services to his clients.

Mr. Peck received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Masters of Science in Taxation degrees from the Long Island University, C.W. Post, in New York.
