Thomas Ross is a Manager in True Partners Consulting’s New York office, and is a Statistical & Quantitative Analyst in our National Unclaimed Property Practice.

Thomas has designed statistical and other quantitative risk-assessment models, developed project quantitative testing standards and procedures for audit-defense engagements, provided expert testimony in unclaimed property litigation, prepared analytic reviews of auditor methodologies and findings, and designed unclaimed property compliance policies and procedures for over fifty client companies, and in connection with thirty unclaimed property audits, since 2005. He has also designed the overall system architecture for proprietary compliance report processing systems which have provided scores of companies with annual state reporting services to date.

Prior to joining True Partners in January 2011, Thomas held the position of Quantitative Analyst & Systems Manager at Abandoned Property Services LLC in New York. Prior to entering the unclaimed property field Thomas worked for five years as a financial analyst for the software development project management teams of a major financial institution.
