William Seitz is a Manager at True Partners Consulting. He has over five years of state and local taxation experience.

Mr. Seitz focuses in the Sales and Use Tax area performing audit defense, refund analysis and transactional consulting to a diverse range of clients. Before joining True Partners Consulting, he was a Senior at Deloitte & Touche LLP. While there, he worked on a variety of consulting projects, including sales and use tax audit defense, reverse audits, refund claims, voluntary disclosures, and tax research.

Mr. Seitz has training in implementing Vertex, Inc.’s third party tax calculation software, and has hands on experience in such implementation projects. He has extensive experience with clients in the health care industry, ranging from audit defense services to negotiating voluntary disclosure agreements, both of which require a solid background in the various tax issues particular to that industry.

Mr. Seitz earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California at Riverside. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois College Of Law. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Illinois.
