From a compliance perspective, Holders generally have two options to meet their UP reporting obligations.  These options are to either in-source or outsource their ongoing compliance responsibility.  Regardless of their decision, we can assist Holders by 1) playing an active role and assume the responsibility of assisting in the administration of the overall UP compliance function and preparation of annual reports; or, 2) we can assist clients in implementing a UP reporting system.
