Program Description

The True Leaders Program will be a multi-day event for exceptional sophomore level students who have demonstrated outstanding leadership capabilities and also posses a strong interest in pursuing a career in a professional services environment within the accounting profession. Up to ten selected students from top universities will take part in activities to enhance their team building, communication and leadership skills. Students will also have the opportunity to engage in conversation and interact with senior leaders of the firm in an effort to learn more about the culture, programs and client engagement situations. Program activities will allow students to exercise their networking capabilities with other students while learning about the most effective ways to develop and utilize networking skills in the business world. This exciting program will benefit True Partners Consulting by allowing the firm to recruit the best and brightest students from top universities prior to their eligibility for the firm’s established internship program.
